Short Introduction
Today we attended a property in London to investigate a continuously running toilet cistern. Following inspection, we identified a failed fill valve and signs of previous leakage from the pan connector and coupling washer assembly.

The toilet required removal due to restricted access. During dismantling, we discovered:
Outcome
The toilet was successfully repaired, tested, and left fully operational. By replacing the worn components at the same time, future leaks and potential water damage were prevented.


We converted an outdated bathroom into a modern walk-in shower room in SE1, including full plumbing alterations, new tiling, basin installation, toilet replacement, LED mirror fitting, extractor fan installation and complete bathroom decoration. The project included pipework modifications and waterproof preparation for long-term reliability and improved functionality.

Diagnosed and repaired faulty control valves on an unvented hot water cylinder system in SE14. The work included replacement of defective isolation components and installation of a new Multibloc valve to restore proper water flow and improve system safety. Pipe freezing techniques were used to minimise disruption and avoid draining the full pressurised system.

Replaced faulty mixer valve and defective Megaflo isolation valve in SE14. Used pipe-freezing to carry out the work without shutting off the system. Installed a new Megaflo Multibloc valve to restore water control and improve safety.

Upgraded an older system boiler to a new Vaillant ecoTEC Plus combi boiler in SE15, Peckham. The installation included a full system chemical flush, magnetic and inline filters, thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs), shock arrestor installation and removal of redundant tanks and pipework. The new heating system improved energy efficiency, water pressure and overall heating performance for the property.

Installed a compact Ariston electric water heater within a restricted basement utility space in London. The work included pipework modifications, isolation valves, pressure safety checks and optimisation of the plumbing layout to maximise available space. The system provides reliable instant hot water for small commercial or residential applications.

Completed a range of domestic plumbing and heating repairs across South East London, including toilet repairs, leaking pipework, immersion heater diagnostics, radiator valve replacements and general plumbing maintenance. We regularly carry out fault finding and repair works for flats, landlords and residential properties, helping restore reliable water, heating and drainage systems with minimal disruption.
